Order Cancellation:
You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

If your order has not yet been shipped, we will process your cancellation and issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please allow 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Returns:
Due to the nature of our products (pet food and supplements), we generally do not accept returns. This is to ensure the safety and quality of our products, as we cannot resell returned food items.
Exceptions:
While we generally do not accept returns, we may consider exceptions in the following limited circumstances:
Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. Provide us with clear photos of the damaged or defective item. We will assess the situation and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or a refund.
Incorrect Product: If you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. Provide us with photos of the incorrect product you received. We will arrange for the correct product to be shipped to you and instructions for returning the incorrect item (at our expense).
Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:
Opened or partially used pet food or supplements.
Products that have been damaged due to improper storage or handling by the customer.
Products that are past their expiration date.
Refunds (if applicable):
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.
